The Shippen, Northleigh Farm

The Shippen is a converted traditional Devon barn on Northleigh Farm in the Coly Valley. This single-storey barn conversion sleeps four guests and sits in the hamlet of Northleigh, four miles from Colyton. Original features include an open-plan living space with a cosy wood burning stove and glass doors opening onto a sun-trap patio. The barn has central heating throughout.

Rolling countryside views stretch across surrounding farmland. Free-roaming ducks and chickens wander the courtyard. A grassed orchard garden and paddock sit to the rear.
