Blissful Barns is a directory and search platform connecting holidaymakers with barn conversion holiday rental properties across the United Kingdom. We do not own, operate or manage any of the listed properties. Bookings are made directly with property owners or through third-party booking partners whose own terms and conditions apply.
2. Eligibility to List
Only genuine barn conversion properties located within the United Kingdom are eligible for listing on Blissful Barns. Properties must be converted agricultural buildings — such as threshing barns, cattle barns, hay lofts, granaries or traditional farmyard complexes — that have been renovated for self-catering holiday use. Blissful Barns reserves the right to decline or remove any listing that does not meet these criteria.
3. Property Listing and Accuracy
Property owners and managers are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date descriptions of their barn holiday properties, including photographs, amenity information, sleeping capacity, pricing and any applicable restrictions or house rules. Information must not be misleading or deceptive. Blissful Barns reserves the right to remove any listing found to contain false or inaccurate information.
Owners must ensure that their barn conversion property is clean, safe, well-maintained and fully operational for guest stays throughout the period it is listed as available.
4. Bookings and Payments
Where bookings are facilitated through third-party operators (such as Sykes Cottages, Holiday Cottages or Hoseasons), the booking contract is between the guest and the operator. Blissful Barns is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability for booking disputes, cancellations or property issues. Please refer to the relevant operator's terms and conditions.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to treat all barn conversion properties with care and respect, adhering to the house rules set by the property owner. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Pets must only be brought to properties that are explicitly advertised as pet-friendly, and guests must comply with any pet conditions set by the owner.
6. Accuracy of Information
While we endeavour to ensure that property listings on Blissful Barns are accurate and current, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Availability, pricing and property details are subject to change. Always confirm the details directly with the property owner or booking partner before completing a reservation.
