Fantastic house, lovely views, lovely walks, it has everything you need and ... Fantastic house, lovely views, lovely walks, it has everything you need and more, the only thing I could suggest would be dressing gown for when you come out of the hot tub so you arent walking through the house with wet towels and costumes, or maybe bring your own

The property was extremely clean and very well equipped. It's excellent location enabled us to undertake many of the Pennine walks.

Incredible property. Absolutely amazing views and superb design detail. Very comfortable and literally thought of everything to make the stay really enjoyable. The hot tub is easy to use and makes for an enjoyable night! We booked in at the Lister Arms and it is also possible to walk across the fields along pennine way to get to Malham village if you have good footwear and balance! David was also very accommodating when we lost the key on a walk and the support from the owners and their team was superb. Sykes however were not.. very poor customer service, so lucky that Emma was able to confirm we could have a very late checkout which made our weekend complete! They provided a gorgeous welcome package and we need not have brought half the stuff we did! We were 8 friends and there is the possibility of 6 single beds and all bedrooms are ensuite, which made 8 ladies very happy! I wholeheartedly recommend this property but if you have any questions contact the numbers in the listing directly.

The property was fabulous. There were lots of home luxuries and thoughtful touches. The owners were exceptionally helpful and clearly care that people who stay at Flatt House Barn enjoy their time. We would definitely recommend and would love a repeat visit!

Its a beautiful property in a stunning location loved it

A wonderful return to our happy place. We enjoyed every moment here on our second visit,, made even better by the beautiful weather. This lovely house is a joy to stay in and the location is so peaceful. We loved watching the resident swallows and listening to all the birds. The view is great and is perfect headspace. The house itself is very clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a perfect retreat after long walks. We hope to return!

This property was amazing! There was so much space, inside and outside. It was clean, luxurious and exceeded our expectations. Locationwise, it was a short walk approx 1.5km into Malham via the Pennine Way or down the road to the river for a less hillyboggy walk. I will definitely be returning to Flatt House Barn!

What a truly most fabulous holiday home! We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived... the welcoming gifts made us smile and were such a nice touch to the start of our stay. The views from the house were absolutely stunning, every inch of the house was sumptuous and so comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Fantastic Location and beautiful property decor not to our taste but didn't spoil the holiday

A gorgeous cottage in a wonderful location. The house was warm and welcoming and absolutely spotless, and the hot tub and wood burner added an extra touch of luxury and cosiness. And the views! We didn't use the car all week because there were so many walks that you could go on setting off from the front door. We had a sense of being absolutely peaceful, but not too remote. Can't wait to come back!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The cottage itself is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable. Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was the little touches that made it all the more impressive, all the furnishings were high quality, the kitchen and dining room were fully equipped with everything to make our stay enjoyable. Had a wonderful time in the games room and in the hot tub! And I have to say extra special thank you for dressing the cottage up so festively for Christmas! We were blown away when we first arrived, the whole property looked absolutely beautiful so much so that my 2 year old son referred to it as the magic house all week. The time and effort gone into dressing the house for Christmas was amazing and we were all very impressed. And an extra thank you for the welcome pack when we arrived that was wholly unexpected but made the whole holiday that extra bit special. Communicating with the owners was also friendly and quick to respond to our queries. Cannot fault the place at all and can't recommend highly enough. Would definitely book again! Huge thank you!

The property was welcoming and homely, thank you for allowing the access to deliver cake and decorations. From the start we were all relaxed and able to enjoy everything the property offered. To have our three generations together for a holiday was priceless and everyone had a great holiday. Flatt House Barn has been the loveliest cottage we have stayed in.

Stunning cottage in a stunning setting. Fabulous.

The house was exceptional massive and had so many different rooms to relax in. The hot tub was a definite plus! The owners had thought of everything to make the stay convenient. For example, we have never stayed in a cottage before that has left out things like washing up liquid, soap, oil, saltpepper etc. The welcome hamper was amazing too! The interior decor was second to none like staying in a luxury palace. Outstanding, thank you!
