Original features include exposed stone walls and traditional barn character throughout. The conversion sleeps up to six guests and sits in a peaceful rural location with spectacular mountain views across the Welsh countryside.

The barn overlooks rolling fields and woodland. You'll wake to views of the Berwyn Mountains. The setting is quiet and remote, perfect for escaping everyday life.

Inside you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area features a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge space. Large windows frame the valley views and flood the barn with natural light.

Bala Lake is 6 miles away (15 minutes' drive) for watersports and walking. Llangollen offers canal trips and Plas Newydd historic house, just 9 miles away (20 minutes). Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall sits 12 miles north (25 minutes). Snowdonia National Park is 15 miles away (30 minutes) for hiking and outdoor activities.
