Lovely cottage big enough for 6 adults and 4 children. Cottage was a lovely size outdoor space and hot tub were great. Hot tub was regularly cleaned by host Damon . Host was helpful and friendly. The Cottage is in a very quite area surrounded by fields. Seaside was about 40 minutes away. We had a lovely family holiday and would recommend families to use this .

We booked Hazel barn for my brother 30th. The property was very clean and we had been left some goodies when we checked in. The owner was very friendly and nothing was too much. The kids loved the games room and the hot tub

This is a lovely cottage with bags of character. We had a party of 8 adults, 2 children, 1 baby and a dog. There was plenty of room and everything is provided. Theres a large play field near the car park, with a goal and badminton net with rackets and shuttlecocks. A doggy walking part, albeit very steep. The outside furniture at the house was excellent, large table, patio set and lounging chairs. The hot tub was lovely and warm. The BBQ came with a bag of coals and lighters. The location is very remote. The single track roads to North or South Molton take 10 to 15 minutes to drive to the main road. Hence even South Molton is 1520 minutes away.

Hazel Barn is a great place to stay. Spacious, well equipped, warm, clean and very childfriendly. We were 8 plus a toddler and it never felt crowded. The beds were comfortable, it was easy to cook in the kitchen, and the welcome pack was much appreciated.

Absolutely loved celebrating my 60 th in our week at Hazel Barn. It was perfect for our 3 generations and the owners were lovely. So much to do in the area within half an hour or so to keep the little ones entertained or just sit back and chill. My daughter arrange Chef Micheal a private chef to come and cook one night and the evening was wonderful.

We had a lovely 2night stay at Hazel Barn, the hot tub on a sunny Saturday afternoon was a particular highlight. We found the property to be wellequipped, cosy and clean, and comfortably slept 7 adults. Returning to Lambscombe Farm after many years, it was good to find that little has changed in the area, keeping the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Would happily visit again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Hazel barn the kids and adults loved the games room and the hot tub but for me my favourite was simply sitting on one of the garden chairs soaking up the views and sunshine. Everything you need is just down the road in South Molton which has a tremendous indoor market. We would highly recommend hazel barn for a memorable family holiday.

What an absolutely fabulous property. Everything we could have wanted and more for all the family. Had a great time and would certainly recommend a stay here in such a peaceful and scenic location.

Hazel Barn was lovely. All of our party enjoyed the Easter weekend stay there. The children enjoyed the games room plus the Hot tub. Think they actually took over the Hot tub ha! Lovely big enclosed garden space for dogs to run free and play too, perfect.

Hazel barn exceeded our expectations. The cottage was spacious and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything we could have asked for, the stair gates were perfect for our party as we had our grandson of 21months old with us. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome basket of tea makings and a lovely cake which was an instant hit. The location was remote but just what we wanted away from the hustle and bustle. The hot tub was a hit too, and was checked daily to maintain hygiene and safety. We had a couple of small issues that needed to be dealt with and these were handled quickly and efficiently once raised with the owner. We would return in a heart beat and highly recommend this cottage for large group or family holidays.

We are a family of 9 celebrating a 60th birthday. Hazel Barn exceeded all expectations. It is a stunning property with beautiul decor and lots of communal space. The garden area is stunning! Highly recommend.

We had a great time there and the hosts were so nice and helpful. The owner was kind enough to show us the rain deers passing through the forest. Amazing view while in the jacuzzi. Our dogs had great time as well and the garden was secured enough for dogs.

Damon & Karen were perfect hosts. They were always on hand if we needed anything but didn't impose in any way. Hazel Barn was perfect for our needs as we had to accommodate several family members from age 2 to 90. Due to the size of the property no one felt as if we were on top of each other. The kitchen facilities were just great with everything you could need with a really spacious fridge freezer. The outside space was perfect with a large outside table and chairs, but the crowning glory was tge hot tub, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again as soon as we can.

Lovely accommodation, well decorated and equipped, with plenty of relaxing seating, very versatile sleeping arrangements over the 5 bedrooms and a massive kitchen . Owners on hand for friendly advice and a chat whilst respecting our privacy. The games room was great for the kids, even though they were all under 8, and equally as much fun for all the adults. The hot tub was a lovely escape and detox after long days out making the most of the countryside and beaches. The welcome pack was especially useful till grocery delivery our first evening.

This was a lovely cottage. We had a fabulous time, the furnishings were all done up for Christmas with decorations which was a lovely touch! We arrived and had a lovely cake and lots of eggs to eat along with milk. We were worried about it being secluded but there was a lovely town 10 minutes down the road with a Sainsburys and a few take away places. We had a visit from the owner who brought us plastic cups for the hot tub which was a lovely thing for him to do. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We just had the most amazing family time at this gorgeous property . It was so absolutely perfect. Had everything you could need. The decor and everything in it was lovely and in keeping.The hot tub was a wonderful addition and got plenty of use.Everywhere was spotless and very comfortable. The area in which the property was so relaxing and not too far from lots of things of interest for all. We arrived to find a dozen fresh eggs and the most beautiful chocolate cake on the kitchen table . I loved it and didn't want to leave and shall definitely be booking again. Lovely barn and all furnishings in excellent condition. Very homely with numerous ornaments and wall decs around the barn. Lot of private outdoor space, incl BBQ for personnel use and the hot tub was a bonus! As also was the games barn. Owners of Lambscombe barnscottages Damon & Karen are excellent hosts and always took time out of their busy day to advise us on walks places of interest in the area and it is obvious when you meet them they are very much in the right business. We had minor issues in first few days which were resolved in record time. Damon & Karen have renovated a further 2 cottages, one of which we viewed and we will be back at some stage.
