Groups Will Love...
The original Cotswolds stone walls define this barn conversion's character. Honey-coloured limestone blocks form the exterior and continue inside creating authentic agricultural architecture. These load-bearing walls date from the building's farming past and now frame modern living spaces. The stonework provides natural insulation whilst giving guests a genuine sense of Cotswolds heritage throughout their stay.
Pet Friendly
Flynn's Barn does not accept pets. This policy applies to all animals regardless of size or breed. Whilst the countryside setting and rural location would suit dogs, the property rules prevent guests bringing animals. If you need pet-friendly accommodation in the Cotswolds, you'll need to look at alternative barn conversions that welcome dogs.

Flynn's Barn Reviews

Eileen
The bathroom down stairs could do with a small stool.
We enjoyed a very comfortable weekend staying at Flynn's Barn and were able to truly relax and enjoy exploring the area. The accommodation was very well appointed and instructions were clear which made for an easy and enjoyable weekend. If we had any queries they were quickly answered by the host, Megan. Thank you very much.

Flynn's Barn was the perfect venue for our girls weekend in the Cotswolds. It's a beautiful property which is kept clean and cosy. Thank you!
Lovely property, in an ideal location, central to the mustvisut locations in The Cotswolds. Flynn's Barn was well equipped and well presented. The Hosts were welcoming and pleasant. Our only gripe was there were a few wellestablished cobwebs and the windows could do with a deep clean. The area around the Barn was in need of a good weeding too. Minor issues overall though!
Eirian
A wonderful, clean and delightful place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. Very quiet with surrounding and stunning countryside.Drive slowly because of the horses. Highly recommended with a friendly host.Thank you
Valerio
It is a great cottage, with very nice and helpful owners. The location is perfect, in 5 minutes by car you can go to Burton on the Water and within 3040 minutes to many of the nice locations to visit in the area.
Michael
Flynns Barn was perfect for our family of 8 an ideal location in beautiful countryside, a short taxi ride to the party venue in a nearby village. It was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for meals and drinks. Megan was very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We would be happy to stay there again and see more of the area and we will certainly recommend it to friends.
Beautiful property in a lovely location. Fantastic for a family minibreak. Very well equipped and well looked after. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Wonderful place to explore the Cotswolds. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
Lovely property. Complimentary fresh eggs, milk and other essential provisions. Situated a bit of the beaten track but accessible to lots of local attractions by car. Great walks around the area. A great place to chill. Would have liked to stay longer and enjoy more of this area.
Doreen
Lovely place to stay, we all loved it. Beautiful location and it was so warm and comfortable. Completely suited our needs. We might return and book both properties for the whole family.
Great place to stay, very comfortable
Rebecca
So glad we chose this gem. I've never stayed anywhere that is so well equipped. The barn is beautiful. Welcoming and comfortable. We could have easily settled here for more than the two nights. Megan and Nick were close by for any issues amd incredibly accommodating. We would 100 stay here again and have recommended to all of our friends. Perfect, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Can't shout up enough. Thanks again...Becky
This was a superb holiday property. Meghan, the lovely owner, introduced herself on arrival, and we gradually learnt a bit about the history of this and the adjoining barn conversions. It was immaculate,, most tastefully furnished, and also well equipped. We would not hesitate to book this holiday property again. It was so very peaceful yet a good location as a base for our exploring of the Cotswolds. The fresh eggs from the nearby chickens were a nice touch!
Its a wonderful cottage, with everything we needed for our stay. The cottage is maintained to a high standard and was spotless. The owners were super helpful and we had a fantastic week in the peace and quiet of the Cotswolds.
A wonderful place to rent in beautiful countryside but close to all the main Cotswold highlights. We had wonderful fresh eggs supplied and the host came to check we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay at Flynns barn for our friends surprise 40th birthday. The house was clean, comfortable, warm and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for the couple of days we were there for. The beds were nice and comfortable and so was the seating area. The only thing that wouldve added to our already excellent stay would be a hot tub or a lazy spa of some kind. Other than that we would happily come back and stay. One bit of advice to those staying next time and want to go out via taxi. Book your taxi in advance as they were very difficult to find on a Saturday morning.
We had a wonderful stay at Flynns barn and would definitely come back again. The hosts were very helpful in telling us about extra parking spaces before our visit, and let us know how to contact them if needed. The cottage is situated in an isolated area as described, but you can take a nice walk through the countryside to the nearest village to visit the pub. We hadnt realised prior to booking that the neighbouring property Hettys is actually attached to Flynns barn maybe it is mentioned somewhere and we missed it! This didnt cause us any issues as those occupying the neighbouring cottage were quiet and kept to themselves, so no complaints!
Kirsty
Such a wonderful stay! The cottage is out of the way which provides a nice relaxing break away. There were seven of us staying including a two year old and the place was perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break within a short drive away from some of the most picturesque places in the uk.
Spot on. Lovely place. Accurately described. Follow directions and it's easy to find. We had a lovely weekend with the family. It is very isolated from facilities so walking out to the shops or pub is not a option. But that is described in the info anyway. We went prepared and had a Tesco shop delivered. We are all encouraged to recycle but every county seems to do something different so clearer instructions might be helpful by labelling the bins outside with what goes in each one. Megan and Nic were very easy to contact and attentive to little issues we had and very quickly resolved. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
Anthony
Amazing stay at Flynns Barn, Meghan and Nick were incredibly accommodating and helpful fresh scones on arrival a really nice touch! Barn was very comfortable and had everything we needed !! Would recommend and indeed may return!!
Lovely property, gorgeous space, lovely welcome with biscuits and wine, nice hello from the owner with useful information, would definitely return. My 5 year old loved the stuffed toys and books and the large green space outside.
Had a lovely stay at Flynns Barn celebrating mums 70th. The location is perfect. Nice and rural but easy to get to places. Walks from the door. The building is joined to another rental and has shared garden, frontage and driveway. Owners are also very close just depends on what you are after from a holiday cottage. Very pleasant stay.
Caroline
The property was fantastic! Perfect for two families and a beautiful location. My only criticism is the Sykes booking app which isn't as good as Airbnb as you can't message through it.
Nichola
Megan made us feel very welcome. The barn is very comfortable and well designed with a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms have en suites which is a bonus. The barn is in a lovely countryside location. There is a patio and garden, with sheep in the next field. There are even books and games, plus tourist information. We had a wonderful family break and highly recommend this property.
Hannah
We had a brilliant stay in the cottage. Such a beautiful location and just a lovely place to relax. The house was well equipped with most of what we need, just missing little bits like bin bags and oven gloves to make it perfect. We spent time venturing out to villages around and had a gorgeous time in lower slaughter. The only issue we had was with taxis finding the barn due to the postcode being incorrect in the guest book as well as the what three words but after checking the postcode on email this was quickly corrected. We would definitely look to come back again
Nailesh
Absolutely fantastic property located in a rural setting very peaceful and quiet. Communication with the hosts Megan and Nic was very easy and good. the photos do not do justice to this place its even better in real life. all mods and cons one would need were available at Flynn's barn. although we were in a rural setting all major places in the Cotswolds were within an easy drive from the barn, Thank you Megan and Nic for a great stay and we will definitely visit again very soon.
Charlotte
The barn was fabulous. Modern, clean, quiet lovely location. We were a little surprised to not find any foil & clingfilm unless we missed this?? as self catering properties do usually have this and was much needed. Saying that, this would be the only negative, everything else was great
Philip
We had a lovely stay couldnt ask for more. The hosts were very attentive without getting in our way. We have stayed at a number of places in the Cotswolds the area is fantastic as was Flynns Barn we would definitely recommend a visit.
Christine
The owners were exceptional. Very friendly and the recommended routes for walking, superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning Chris Massey
The cottage is lovely and perfectly located in the Cotswolds, very quiet and peaceful ! Meghan was here to welcome us, many thanks !
A lovely place for a weekend away!
Beautiful countryside and sheep surrounding the property. The house was so clean and nicely put together. It had a lovely cosy feel about it and was very comfortable. We all had a lovely stay, it was perfect for what we wanted.
Totaly faultless holiday, really perfect holiday home. The space was well set out and presented, with all the kids loving their rooms. The location is perfect as well! Definitely rebooking for next summer when there'll be less rain.
Stunning property in a quiet location. Cant wait to return.
Lovely & hospitable. Great place to stay for a little staycation.
Flynn's Barn was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious and stylish, and in a great location to explore country walks and neighbouring towns. We were greeted with a home made Victoria Sponge and given great tips for the area. We will definitely be returning!
Clean, spacious, modern, and a short walk away from good pubs and some lovely countryside walks.
I stayed in Flynn's Barn with some friends for a long weekend. There are two very similar joined properties that are on the same land as the owners who are in the main house opposite. The house is newly built, with lots of old world charm, very clean and the facilities were good. There are 3 bedrooms with a large double downstairs, a master bedroom upstairs and a room with 4 single beds also upstairs. All the bedrooms have an ensuite with showers and a bath tub in the downstairs ensuite. The living space was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults. The location itself is beautiful with plenty of local pubs within a few miles. If you are thinking about this property, do it! I very much doubt that you would be disappointed!
