✓ Please note the owner has 5 friendly cats and you may encounter them when walking through the gardens, also the retreat is surrounded by shrubs and these can get rather "bushy" during spring/summer due to nesting season - If any are causing you problems, the owner will trim lightly if you ask but the main cutting is left till after all birds have fledged/left by autumn
✓ Anybody intending to book with an Assistance Dog should note that the garden is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead
