The Warren Reviews

Christopher
Great location near the coast in Budle Bay, spacious and well equipped cottage with lots to see and do. I feel a slightly deeper clean would benefit the property in places.
This was our second visit to the Warren and again, it did not disappoint ! It is a beautiful and comfortable property with everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect being close to Bamburgh, Holy Island and Seahouses to name but a few and we also spent a lot of time at Budle Bay which is a short walk down a track opposite the Warren and is just lovely ! We love it here and will definitely be back
Have returned to this property for the 3rd time it feels like home. Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for walking and driving to other places.
A very well appointed property full to the brim with everything you need. Very comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Lovely aspect too with just a short walk to the beach. Great base to explore the region. The welcome pack was just right for us to make a nice cuppa after a long journey and the wine and chocolate a real treat too. All in all top class. We would highly recommend this place and woukd happily return ..thank you xx
Elizabeth
The cottage was very well equipped. The photos were a true reflection of what to expect. A couple of minor points. The outdoor area at the back could do with weeding, but weeds grow quickly at this time of year. Also the toilets in the bathroom and downstairs cloakroom need adjusting because there is a slight but constant flow of water into the bowl.
Stuart
A cosy and well equipped property in a lovely location.

I didnt want to leave. This cottage was superb on all fronts. Could not have asked for more. The location alone is incredible. The house itself and the facilities are second to none. I needed somewhere that would afford me peace, quiet, space, open landscapes and skies, stars, history, castles, beaches, forests, nature. The Warren has it all. A truly special place. Will definitely return.
Lovely cottage which is in great condition. They really thought of everything and all the little bits that you often have to supply were already there. It's in a very good location, very comfortable and we had an excellent stay. Would definitely go back
