We had an amazing stay at Cut Moch. Thank for hosting us, the views from the cottage is fantastic and we loved the hot tub
Having chosen Cut Moch for Christmas, I can say it was one of the best breaks had, the home was beautiful and so peaceful and private, and had literally everything needed and more, and its surroundings are stunning. The owners are absolutely amazing with everything from start to finish they provided us with a fantastic Christmas. We will most definitely returning for another wonderful stay.
We had an amazing stay. Beautiful accommodation and views. Very clean and very helpful owner. Would love to return in future. Would highly recommend
Cut Moch is a fabulously appointed, relaxing and remote getaway and the owners are clearly skilled in making guests feel welcome and at home. We visited in a cold snap and the heating throughout was very efficient and warm and there was no need to depart from the guidance provided in the guestbook. The hot tub is wonderful and private and we loved using it after our busy days! The views are lovely and we enjoyed the comings and goings of the sheep and seeing the birds. One small note to mention is that there are a couple of steps in the second bedroom to access the ensuite and whilst we are confident this is no problem at all for most guests, for our party where one of the guests had poor mobility and significant eyesight issues it meant that we had to swap rooms to avoid any potential risk so that they had the master room which had step free access to the ensuite that served the master bedroom. Otherwise this is a beautiful retreat which will nourish the souls of those who visit.
Lovely cottage in beautiful surroundings. Perfect place to switch off and relax. Very well equipped throughout. Will definitely be returning.
Heather
Another amazing stay. We returned this time with family who stayed in The Stabl opposite us. Cut Moch is cozy, clean and has everything you need, with cute little touches throughout and a perfect safe secure garden for our dog Daisy. The views are outstanding and the location perfect for whatever you need, relaxation or walking but still within easy reach of National Trust properties or local shops. As a host Lowri is wonderful, friendly, helpful and full of knowledge of walks and the area. We are just trying to work out how quickly we can go back!! Heather and Luke.
Beautiful accommodation and area, you could count the traffic in 24 hours on 12 hands, no road noise at all if your looking for actual peace and quiet. Clearly a lot has gone into everything, resulting in a little oasis of tranquility! We will
Of course. Heres the revised version without dashes

We had a lovely weeks holiday weather was amazing and we felt really comfortable in the lovely modern barn conversion. It was very clean. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. The hot tub was well appreciated after a long day's hiking. The garden was safe and secure for our 2 small dogs one being an escape artist The surrounding countryside views were beautiful and we made good use of the gas BBQ and outdoor patio sets. Thankyou for the milk eggs and Welsh cakes on our arrival. Lowri and Gwynn gave us a nice welcome, answered any questions we had and gave us their phone number if we needed anything else. Other than that we were given privacy so we could get on with our holiday. The only thing I would say is to drive carefully out of the property as there may be the odd 1 or 5 sheep lurking down the road on a bend as we found out a few times on our travels. To sum up a great holiday was had by all. Thankyou. We will be back.
The cottage was exactly as described, clean, tidy and well maintained and the owners were equally as pleasant & welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
The property was very clean and well equipped. The garden was secure for the dog and we were allowed to take him into adjacent fields. There was a much appreciated welcome box. The owners were helpful and forgiving of our one breakage.
We have just returned from a 4 night stay. I can't recommend this property more. It had everything we needed. The view were beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. The owners were lovely and available at any time. The kids loved the hot tub more than anything. It a great place for long walks with the dog. The only negative I would give it that it's a 20minute drive to next town for shopping, playground ect. We will definitely return.
Loved our stay here last April! The house was clean and tidy! Hot tub was a great addition, great location for hiking
Pamela
We had a lovely stay Cut Moch, cottage was very clean and homley, well equipped for cooking. We loved the sheep and lambs in the fields. Very quite just what we needed after a stressful house move. Will definitely go back. It was also very secure for our two fur babies
Michael
Had a lovely stay at Cut Moch, beautiful property very well maintained in an idyllic setting. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return.
Our 4th time staying at this beautiful barn, home from home stay with perfect surroundings. Absolutely bliss, Super hosts and nothing is too much trouble. 100 recommend a stay there for peace and serenity.
Another brilliant stay at Plas Moelfre Hall Barns this time in Cut Moch. We absolutely love this place and feel like its our home away from home. Always a warm welcome from Lowri, Family and not to forget the well behaved Freddie. Some really nice walks in the local area and surrounding towns. This is our second time staying and we easily find new things to do daily and never get over the view of the beautiful setting and the wildlife. The welcome pack has some information around local walks and activities which is really helpful. The history of the barn is also a brilliant read and makes you appreciate how much work and effort has gone into Cut Moch. It really is the most cosy quiet peaceful place to just switch off from the world. The Hot Tub is a lovely way to end the day and amazing for star gazing then you have the added treat of going back inside to the log burner. We cant recommend this place enough. We will most certainly be returning, hopefully sooner this time as we miss it already. Jodie, James and Alfie x

Lovely cottage, the owners have fitted it out with most things you will need and the best beds we have ever slept on while away! Very relaxing break.
A lovely location and presented immaculately with gorgeous views over hills and farm land. A bit remote but set in lovely countryside
Lovely quiet scenic location. Very dog friendly with great walks from the property.
Only improvement I could suggest would be some drawers in the twin bedroom. Overall perfect place for relaxing stay.
Joshua

We loved our week in Cut Moch, Plas Moelfre Hall Barns. The location is absolutely glorious with a small easy to climb mountain right behind and sheep and lambs to watch in fields at the front The accommodation is very comfortable, clean and warm in a very peaceful and scenic part of Wales

A brilliant place, immaculately clean, good variety of utensils, hot tub great ... A brilliant place, immaculately clean, good variety of utensils, hot tub great for star gazing, garden very secure for 2 boxers, beautiful relaxing 5star booking
Lovely little cottage in a beautiful part of Wales! ! Owners are really friendly and helpful. Nice touches left on arrival. Lovely fields across the road for walking the dog. The only downside for us was that it wasnt as privatesecluded as hoped with their other cottages. Still enjoyed our stay though.
Brilliant stay . The eggs, milk and Welsh cakes were a lovely touch and enjoyed them very much . Took our greyhound and was nice and secure for him. Did a lovely walk at the back of the farmhouse was a bit tough on the legs but worth it when you see the spectacular views from the top. The log burner was used and was lovely and cosy after coming in from the hottub. Will be booking to go back next year would highly recommend .
The property was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. We had a really peaceful stay, and our puppy enjoyed herself too! We'd definitely visit again.
Christy
We have just returned from a week here. What a beautiful place to stay, the views are stunning, perfect for star gazing. Our dog Mia loved the walks around and was safe in the garden giving one less worry, and one happy pooch. The hot tub in the garden is perfect especially to relax after long days out. The property was clean and homely. With little treats for our arrival even for our dog. There is a folder they have put together with history of the property and farm, how to use things In the house, the best bit is all the information on surrounding walks and places to see, which we made use of. The owners have really put their heart and sole into this and are easily contactable for any need. A special thank you to Rachel the housekeeper who we briefly met as we left, she found a couple of items of clothing we had left, she messaged me within a couple of hours of leaving and posted them back the same day. We would definalty come back here and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for giving us the perfect week away. The Johnsons x
Madison
