Steven
Amazing house in a beautiful area. Especially loved the pool table and hot tub, but the house was great and so well equipped. We was a family of 8 and had a fantastic new year at the property.
Superb house, spotless, wonderful location, superbly equipped with everything you need. Love it here. and lovely home baked cakeswelcome pack on arrival x
Probably the best holiday let we have ever stayed in. We were attracted by the photos and were not disappointed. the furnishings, fittings and decor were top notch. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a great bonus. We enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub and the welcome pack was great, especially the homemade brownies. The owner was very helpful in recommending local pubs and attractions and we all enjoyed our stay immensely.
Robert
Excellent property in a lovely rural location.
Rebecca
What an amazing house! As a group of girls we have been away to beautiful houses for the last 10 years but this truly surpassed the others. Everything was immaculate, bedrooms and bathroom perfect, all the amenities you would need and the little things thought about as well. The only tiny thing that would just make it even better would be if the hot tub had some sort of cover, a pergola or something so that if it rained you could still use it as we had one full day of torrential down pour so we couldnt use it at all that day. Rachael and Ashley were great hosts extremely helpful and the brownies were to die for! Will 100 be returning and already recommended to our friends
Lynette
Superb house. Absolutely perfect and everything provided. Never had face flannels in a self catering before!! Weather meant we couldn't use either the barbecue or hot tub, but even so the views were great. It was fun to watch the trains trundling by, but not so near that we could hear them. Lovely comfy beds and gorgeous bathrooms, all rooms being en suite. Just perfect for a family get together
A lovely house for a family holiday. Everything you need for eating in, plenty of towels, games and what a view, We acted out The Railway Children waving at the trains and the drivers acknowledged us a few times. Easy access to the Dales and spotting All Creatures G&S locations. Rachael and family on hand if needed. Delicious brownies and welcome hamper. Everything spotlessly clean and , great bathrooms with proper showers. And of course the sheep to watch.
We have had a fantastic holiday at Cranefield Laithe. Its one of the best holiday homes we have stayed in and loved everything about it. The views and hot tub, ensuite comfortable bedrooms and fabulous well equipped kitchen and utility. Nothing left to say, highly recommend.
Excellent location. Beautiful accommodation with every amenity provided to ensure it is like home from home. So peaceful. Cannot speak too highly about the stay at Crane Field Laithe.
Property was fantastic, very well furnished and extremely well equipped everything we could think we might need was available. The property itself was lovely, we really appreciated learning about the restoration of the barn. Touches such as welcome note, flowers and homemade brownies were really appreciated. Rachael reached out to us soon after booking with additional information on the area, activities and places to eat which meant we were able to plan our trip ahead of arriving. We also received a message on the day of checkin when the property was ready early which we really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this property and would consider returning. We had great week.
We had the most gorgeous weekend! Perfect for 4 couples to get away and enjoy the surrounding areas. The extra little touches of a gift basket on arrival just made our stay even more pleasurable. Would highly recommend!
Justine
We had a great week at Crane Field. The property was very comfortable, immaculate, and fully equipped with everything needed for our stay. Would highly recommend a dip in the fab hot tub whilst there, don't let bad weather put you off! Our only regret was not using it more. Lovely welcome pack on arrival too. We would definitely look to book again, if we were holidaying in the area again.
We just love it here. Its a perfect private getaway for my Netball team. Great house? Great views, so peaceful, lovely lovely hot tub not quite as powerful as last year lovely bedrooms. Everything well stocked. A great house for chilling and having fun in. So good weve booked to come back next year already.
Amazing property with amazing views! The attention to detail with everything and not forgetting the fabulous homemade brownies, were all a very welcome touch. Just perfect
Absolutely immaculate property full of home comforts. Location was perfect and hosts really helpful prior to arrival. A lovely welcome hamper with home made goodies was a wonderful touch. Hot tub perfect temperature amazing to sit out at night and enjoy the serenity and the constellations

We had an amazing weekend, perfect location for both the walkers and the ones that just wanted to relax all weekend! Lovely little touches throughout the property and well equipped kitchen, thoughtful welcome hamper with home made brownies and fresh flowers was a lovely gesture. We will definitely be back
On Friday 22nd of November we all arrived at Cranefield laithe, 4 couples and a two year old. It was lovely, clean, warm and everything we hoped it would be and more. In spite of having to contend with storm Bert we had the most enjoyable stay. Fabulous facilities, layout and style and it felt like a home from home. The layout was perfect and the onsuite bathrooms were stylishly designed. The bedding and mattresses were also excellent quality. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub despite the freezing temperatures and the log burner was a comforting focal point. The local area is so beautiful and plenty of walks and cosy places to eat . Malham Cove is a must see. The local people were so kind and helpful. This was especially noted when storm Bert meant we couldnt risk getting back to our home for the weekend and a local guy who lives in the very quaint, Bell Busk was on his way home from the Bolton match and helped us to get to a safe point. Where our lovely host Racheal was more than happy to rescue us in her high, large wheeled 4x4 . We managed to get out for a beautiful Sunday roast in the Lister Arms too. So all was well and we continued to have a fabulous time till we left on Monday morning. We will return and we are already recommending to all who will listen.
Lovely place great location owners friendly
Heather

A fantastic place to stay. Everything about the house was great for our large family group with young children. We felt completely at home and Rachael was very quick to respond to our very few queries and requests. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful stay at Cranefield Lathe. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms were exceptional and the house was perfect well equipped and extremely comfortable with beautiful views over the fields. We loved it.
Elaine
It was beautiful barn conversion home. Fantastic holiday vacation for adults and children especially as a working farm with the animals coming up to the fence. It was a lovely touch with the hamper and home made brownies.
Philip
We couldnt fault the property or facilities and was ideal for our family celebrations! If I had to really look for something maybe a coffee pod machine would be a useful addition but then we are coffee addicts! The property was super clean and comfortable and we wouldnt hesitate to return. The welcome back was also fully appreciated and enjoyed by us all.
Lovely spacious barn surrounded by fields. Very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. A very generous welcome basket of goodies which we really appreciated and enjoyed. A very relaxing stay with sheep and cows for neighbours.
We just love this place. Nothing to fault. So welcoming. Very high speck throughout. Well be back x
Caroline
We loved our stay at cranefield laithe, the house was extremely well equipped, decorated to a high standard and very clean! The weather was wet for a couple of days but it didnt stop us exploring and having fun in the hot tub!! The lemon drizzle cake was delicious thank you
Jacqueline
Wonderful place to stay for our walking trip. ..................and relaxing in the hot tub after a strenuous day was perfect.
A superb spacious conversion well equipped and quality furnishings only minor criticism is that there is no facility to hang clothes in two of the bedrooms . Location is off the beaten track with superb views over fields and hills and we enjoyed reading a bit about the family history, and home made brownies in the welcome pack are superb A well deserved 5
Patricia
This was 2nd time we have been here . There were 7 of us ladies and we had a lovely time in the house . It has everything you need and the hot tub is brilliant. Rachel the owner can't do enough for you . I sent her her a msg asking if she had a hand blender we could use it was there within 5 minutes. We definitely will go again on the future.
Isobel
Super property, well equipped to a very high standard. Lovely views over the fields during lambing. Fantastic hot tub, made the holiday during a very wet, cold week.
Catherine
This is a beautiful home finished to a high standard, with absolutely everything you need for a break away. This was the third year we have been as a group of four couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so all have their own privacy. Plenty of seating for a large group to sit and chat in comfort. Time it right and the fields are full of lambs but whatever the season, to sit and forget yourself staring through the large windows at the view in the morning is most relaxing x Thoroughly recommend and will return ourselves too.
A wonderful cottage and place to stay. Beautifully presented and furnished. Thanks so much for the lovely holiday experience.
The barn is wonderful, all the facilities are great, the hosts are very
Dianne
Beautiful house well maintained, with a glorious view
Nicola
Fantastic property remote enough for privacy but well connected to the Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and even a cheeky visit to the Blackpool illuminations. Super comfortable beds that envelope you like enormous marshmallows and a well equipped kitchen. The hot tub was the icing on the cake!
