The accommodation is second to none, very comfortable and as clean and modern as one could wish. The hosts are very friendly and helpful too in the event of any problems. We would be very happy to return there and to recommend it to any others who fancy a break in Lincolnshire. The accommodation is isolated and thus very quiet. As for Sykes' Cottages 'What'sApp' help line it was about as useful as a handkerchief in a storm. We found that if we did not reply to them within half an hour they ended the 'chat' which meant that we had to begin all over again. When one is driving around on holiday one cannot respond to texts. Their system needs to be more patient, and also less longwinded. All I wanted to know was whether or not there were towels provided at the accommodation, yet to get and answer I had to go through a long winded palaver, providing them with information which I had already provided.

Really nicely done out annex in a lovely peaceful area. Has everything you need. I used it a base for a cycling holiday and was able to store and lock the bike securely. This is important as many cyclists now have expensive bikes. The weather was not great but it picked up. The Denby kitchenware was a nice touch. The owners are there if you need them but totally unobtrusive. All in all a great holiday let, peaceful and relaxing.

Wonderful clean annexe ,the facilities were excellent and the owners were lovely. The only thing wrong there were no windows to see the outside scenery.

Everything was lovely! Towels were lovely, thick and soft and a good size. The shower was super. I. Didnt cook much as we were out everyday. An enjoyable stay.
