The Barn is a converted stone barn with exposed beams and original features in Dorset, close to Poole Harbour and the Purbeck countryside. This single-storey retreat includes a private hot tub and an open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings and traditional stonework.

The barn sits in a peaceful rural location surrounded by fields and woodland. Views stretch across the Dorset countryside towards the coast.

The property is beautifully kept with everything you need for a family self catering. The hot tub was a lovely treat to have too. The owner was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great location for exploring Dorset 30mins from Dorchester, 40mins from Weymouth, 20mins from Corfe castle, 20mins from Bovington.

We had a wonderful stay at the Barn. Everything is tastefully decorated and so well equipped.All of the crockery, utensils, appliances you could ever want. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure in the showers is great and it is so nice having all en suites. So many lovely touches including premium toiletries, robes and towels for the hot tub. Debbie welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend a stay at The Barn.

Wow, what a fantastic property. The owners have thought of everything and welcomed us when we were settled in. Everything you wanted was there from cooking gadgets to dressing gowns and board games, The property is such a high standard and immaculate and really clean throughout. Loved the rituals products provided in the bathrooms. The owner is so thoughtful and even brought a 60th birthday balloon, which is what we went there to celebrate. Would definitely love to return

Great stay. The house is faultless and had everything you needed and more. The hosts gave a great welcome and Easter goodies to help us settle in. The hot tub is amazing and the garden a lovely sun trap even in a wet Easter week. The location is greater with loads to do within 30min drive. Highly recommend the fish and chip van in the village rec carpark on a Thursday!

The Barn is a beautiful property which is luxurious, comfortable and practical. We were two couples staying there but its spacious enough for 4 couplessingles or a couple of large families. Debbie, one of the hosts was attentive and helpful so we felt looked after. The area is lovely with fields, forests and towns with nice pubs St Peters Finger was our favourite and restaurants The Taj in Corfe Mullen did a fab Indian and cafes The Barn and The Cow Shed were both nearby and do lovely food. The hot tub was a highlight too!

Really loved the property, it was perfect for what we needed and everything was such high quality. It's a great space for groups of friends or big family groups. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We're already thinking about coming back next year.
