Hen Dy Bryn Mawndy Reviews

The house was stunning with fabulous views! The house was very clean and warm. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was great being up in the hills and away from everyone!

Our second Christmas at this accommodation and it was lush
Fantastic house, home from home, location breathtaking and lovely owners that are easy to communicate with.
Very nice location, nice drive tofrom the property but needs extra care. Very nice accommodation with all the required facilities and comfort. Very clear instructions and guidance from the owner for the direction. Would have been 55 star if it wasn't for the annoyingly few flies in the kitchenseating area constantly bothering us to enjoy our food or restingwatching TV. Despite this, highly recommended accommodation.
Darren
Beautiful house with beautiful views. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Perfect base for taking in the sights of North Wales. Couldnt fault this property
Great views of the countryside from the hill top vantage point. Spacious public rooms and master bedroom a real treat. Very good bathroom facilities. Enjoyed our stay very much and we would return.
Beautiful property, immaculately kept and with a very high standard of fixtures and fittings. We had a very comfortable stay here, and had everything we wanted. The view from the front windows is fantastic, and it is in a lovely peaceful location. Despite feeling quite remote, there is a lot within a 3045 min drive. We visited Bala, Llyn Brenig, Ruthin, and Corwen for the train to Llangollen and back. The only slight issue we had was that in the bedrooms downstairs, the boiler was quite noisy in the night. However, this seemed to be fixed by turning off the heated towel rail in the bathroom upstairs or at least, turning if off during the night. Otherwise a lovely, relaxing stay in a beautiful area of Wales.

The cottage was so much more than we expected. Beautiful setting, modern and fresh interior, with the home comforts you'd hope for. We'll definately be returning.
Stephanie
The property is absolutely stunning and situated in a beautiful area overlooking fields. its literally a home from home and we loved every moment in your beautiful property. thank you for a wonderful stay for our dads 65th birthday xx
Beautiful stay clean comfortable and very peaceful we loved it thank you will definitely be booking again. Ps plug in bathroom upstairs needs a chain you carnt get plug out once bath is full had to use to remove each time...nothing major cos soak in that tub was worth it
A beautiful property with some quite luxurious touches. The underfloor heating was amazing. There were 3 of us in a house that sleeps 6 and I just feel that if there were 6 people then there may not be sufficient cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery ect without continually washing up. All other facilities were great and it was very warm & comfortable. Would very much like to return.
Hayley

Beautiful cottage, stunning decor, high quality finish. Superb beds and bedding. Breathtaking views, Scenic location. Cottage is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Plenty of parking with the cottage. Excellent value for money. 100 will be back to stay. Great for couples & families.
Manuela
We enjoyed every minute of our 2 weeks in Hen Dy Bryn Mawndy. All the rooms were very tidy and clean on arrival. The view from our upstairs bedroom was absolutely stunning and in the morning we have savoured the first sip of coffee in bed looking into the fields and hills, saying hello to the horse and sheep. Though the weather was'nt too good in the second week with temperatures between 7 and 13 degrees and a lot of rain, we made the best of it and discovered the whole area including Snowdonia and Llandudno. The heating in the house is very good and easy to handle, so it was very cosy. The only minor remark I can make is that there are only 6 mugs in a house for 6 persons which means washing up a lot. When our holidays finally came to an end, we didn't want to leave and now being back in Germany the thing we miss most is the view from the window in the morning. It was our first stay in North Wales and it is so beautiful sometimes I thought I was in the Shire from the Lord of the Rings that we will definitely come again.

What a beautiful setting, peaceful and tranquil. Great information sent through of local amenities and places of interest. Our stay was lovely and would recommend. Thank you so much.
Loved the cottage, beautiful location and views down the valley. Cottage was lovely and clean and beds comfortable. Felt the lounge area would have benefited from some curtains to make it less stark and absorb some of the sound, but that was our only critisism.
Hen Dy Bryn Mawndy is a delightful, very well appointed holiday house ,in a beautifully situated tranquil spot with a lovely view down the valley. Perfect location for visiting N Wales mountains or coast. We're already looking forward to future stays at Hen Dy Bryn Maundy.
Fantastic holiday property. Extremely clean and spacious in a quiet location. Very comfy beds and fabulous views from the living room and upstairs bedroom.

Wonderful property. Highly recommend. Lovely location that's easy to get to and has ample off road parking. Views from every room are incredible as it's set in the middle of a working farm really going to miss waking up there. The property was spotlessly clean and fresh. Really impressed with the tasteful decor and all facilities the showers had great water pressure, the beds and sofas were comfortable and the smart TV's in each room worked great. The kitchen was well stocked and the spacious open plan diner was perfect for entertaining and family games. To add to all this, the owners were really friendly and their welcome pack directions were super helpful. Cannot wait to book to go back, such a gem of a property!
Really enjoyed the tranquility of the house, perfect place, enjoyed the peace and quiet to allow me and my friends who only meet up once or twice and year to spend some quality time together.

Cottage was large and spacious Very clean and tidy Comfortable beds and furniture
Brenda
Truly amazing stay in a fabulous location. Beds and bedding so comfy. Kitchen facilities comprehensive everything you could possibly need. No phone signal which i knew about was a bit of a pain but only because of recent banking rules requiring an OTP ... so couldnt pay for anything remotely from the house. Managed to do bookings etc. When out and about once we realised. Other than that every little detail had been thought about and we would definitely stay again.
Our stay was amazing. The cottage was beautiful and of very high standards. The views from the master bedroom just breath taking. We will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
