Beautiful barn, had everything we wanted for the weekend, would highly recommend! Heated pool was a nice touch and cinema room was great for the football and F1!

The property is fabulous we had a great time. An amazing house with many great features. To help provide improvement a few areas to review are that the windows and doors around the living area were quite dirty, as was the floor. Cleaning of all areas could be improved. Some of the sliding doors and patios doors were a struggle to close. Bed linen could be better quality. Overall a great place.

County farm barn is a fabulous place I can highly recommend we had a couple of issues first was no hot water which was sorted promptly by the owner the other was a broken part on the heating of the pool which was very disappointing as this was the reason for booking, it was no ones fault and couldnt be fixed quickly as part was difficult to get hold of and delivery company were late delivering it, owner was lovely and helpful and sorted it just couldnt be done in time for our stay, owner offered a few days stay as a gesture which was so nice and unexpected, overall lovely time had

Just arrived home after a 7 night stay at County Farm Barn and it was absolutely fantastic! Its even better in person than on the photos. Beautiful property, didnt want for nothing, the facilities and amenities were well thought out and had everything you could wish for. Couldnt recommend highly enough, we will definitely be back! Thanks so much for a lovely week!

The perfect place for a getaway with the family We all had a lovely time in this Beautiful Barn Would highly recommend this for a brilliant stay Plenty of space. We would all definitely go back there.

Amazing!!! !!! What a fantastic time we had celebrating a 40th and a 70th birthday. It had everything you could wish for!!!!!

On arrival we was amazed at County Farm Barn it was great for all the family and the cinema room was great and the pool . The pool table was played on every day but one of the cues didn't have a tip on it but it was fine. The kitchen was great and the oven cooked the food perfectly. Had most things we needed apart from a potatoes masher I know a lot of people don't use them we just used a fork to mash the potatoes in the end. Need to do something about the flies as it was a big issue in the house when you have the doors open which you needed to do as was so hot. I would suggest aircon as the bedrooms and the other rooms get so hot in this climate now and there is lots of glass in the place . I feel some of the bedrooms need an extra window as only have a small bathroom window and big patio doors which you can't leave open at night.. Overall though the place was great apart from the pool was turned off we think a couple of days bedfore we left as it cooled right down and the lights around the pool didn't come on those two days either . We had to go buy fiy killer then only to find there was some under the sink but that stuff isn't great to spray around if like me you suffer with asthma. I would go back but not in school holidays again as to expensive around that time. Beds were very comfortable and very clean. I would give the place as a whole 910 would have been 10 but for the flies and the heat in the bedrooms.

We had a great weekend with three generations of our family. The pool was a hit with the children and the hot tub a hit for the adults. With the pool table and cinema room it was every thing we needed for a great time. I liked the fact that there was two bedrooms one side of the living area and two the other so the oldies could get some peace! Would definitely book again.

Fabulous barn accommodation looks exactly like photos. Outdoor pool and hot tub a real bonus, even in this weather. Would highly recommend to family groups.

The barn was amazing, everything you need for a good weekend away. We all want to come back again next year.

We had the best stay, it was great to get away And laugh with the girls. The house is incredible and the facilities amazing. It is decorated to a beautiful standard, and so clean in the house. We all loved the pool and hot tub. The only downside to these was that there wasn't any net to clear out any flies from the pool or hottub. There were lots in both. The hot tub had not also been cleaned out prior to our arrival, so there was a lot of scum around the tub. This wasn't necessarily an issue we just gave it a little wipe, however the flies as I mentioned were a bit off putting. The space in the property was great with the layout! We honestly loved our time, and would like to return again next year.

This is a fantastic property. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures and it is lovely and warm and the hot tub was so relaxing. The facilities in the property were spot on, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The large cinema room was an extra bonus on the one day it rained. Well done to the owners.

We had the most amazing weekend! The house is perfect. All the beds were super comfy and every where was so clean. It is evident that a lot of time and effort has been put into the property. We will absolutely be returning with the rest of the family

Facilities were excellent and much enjoyed. It is all on one level so ideal for people with reduced mobility. Bedrooms were comfortable and baths and showers were great. It was spacious for the 10 of us not to feel cramped at all. The swimming pool, hot tub and cinema room meant we didn't need to go out for entertainment as the children were occupied the whole time. Guests who plan to cook, need to bring basic cooking stuff like oil, condiments etc. plus tea and coffee as very little of that is provided. The children are already asking when we can go back there!

We really enjoyed our stay at County Farm Barn. The facilities were great but cleanliness let it down slightly. The tiled flooring around the pool and hot tub hadnt been cleaned and was quite dirty and the floor in the barn was also not cleaned properly. Our socks were filthy after a few minutes walking around inside. The glass shelf where the glasses were stored in the kitchen was also dirty. The cinema room and large sitting room were fantastic, but consoles werent supplied to play the video games. If we had known we could have bought our own. The pool table was great and we loved the hot tub. It was a little too cold for the swimming pool. I would definitely recommend especially if the cleaning issues were resolved. A few more pods for the Tassimo would have been well received as well.

Country Farm Barn is absolutely stunning everything about it was perfect and we all had the best stay and would definitely recommend to others. It was spotless in every room and it had everything there that you needed. We even looked to book again when we was there, that's how amazing it is.

This property is amazing. It is so big and accommodates 11 easily. There are board games to play although we brought our own as we didnt realise. Beds were really comfy and bedrooms were clean and fresh. En suits were so modern and a great size. Outside space was fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay at county house barn,

Beautiful place, good situation. Best suited for eating out or ordering in food as not really equipped for a lot of cooking.

An immaculate, very comfortable and well kept property in a great location to explore west Norfolk and the broads. The pool, hottub, cinema room and pool table are brilliant additions. The warmth of the pool also means it can be used all yearround. We had a fantastic stay and will certainly consider returning again in the future.

Amazing holiday home! A real gem, super clean, everything modern and high spec. Owners super helpful and came over to help with a boiler issue immediately. Pool and jacuzzi are amazing, and lovely secluded location right in the countryside! Thank you.
