Cobblers Barn is a beautifully restored stone barn conversion in Norfolk, close to the coast at Hickling. Original features include exposed timber beams and traditional stonework throughout. Outside you'll find a private hot tub perfect for starlit soaks after days exploring the Broads.

The barn sits in peaceful countryside with open views across fields. You're surrounded by farmland and wildlife yet just minutes from coastal walks and waterside villages.

Inside there are three bedrooms sleeping six guests. The main living space features an open plan kitchen and dining area with barn doors leading to the garden. Two bathrooms serve the property including one en-suite.

Hickling Broad (2 miles, 5 minutes) offers sailing and birdwatching. Horsey Beach (4 miles, 10 minutes) is famous for grey seals. Potter Heigham (5 miles, 12 minutes) has riverside pubs and boat hire. Great Yarmouth (12 miles, 25 minutes) provides traditional seaside entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at Cobblers Barn. The property is very spacious, super clean and has all the amenities you might require. There is a downstairs bedroom and shower room, ideal for anyone less mobile. The hot tub is lovely as well as the private area to sit out overlooking the fields, we were lucky enough to see some deer a couple of times. Whilst in a peaceful location the property is within easy drive of many places you might want to visit. Recommended!

The barn belongs to, and is run by, a threegenerational family and it is clear that they have put a lot of time and effort into this delightful accommodation... It is beautifully maintained, and carefully thought out the kitchen especially is one of the highest equipped you are ever likely to find. The 'Welcome Pack' left for us was extremely generous and especially welcome and the homemade bread absolutely delicious and a delightful touch! A fantastic barn with everything you need for a lovely relaxing holiday comfortable furniture and beds lovely hot tub checked regularly all kitchen utensils you need and easy to use appliances with videos and instructions to help. Its peaceful and quiet with birdsong throughout the day bats and geese and the odd deer at dusk while relaxing in the hot tub best place we have ever been to and will return guaranteed

This was my second visit to Cobblers barn and it didnt disappoint. The weekend was booked for us to relax and we did. It was like home from home with everything set right. The property has a fully fitted out kitchen and the hosts added the extra special touches of tea, coffee sugar, filter coffee, biscuits and crisps. Not forgetting the freshly home baked bread butter and milk. The home was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree and subtle decorations. Soft Towels and bedding provided and separate towels for the hot tub. The weather was not on our side as storm Bert landed so no walks were had nea the property. We did manage on the Sunday get to nearby Horsey beach to see the seals pupping. I. Intend to return as it is such a loverly spacious home to rent out with either friends, family or just me and my partner.

We had an amazing week at Cobblers Barn, the facilities are excellent, the host was amazing, even sending instructional videos on how to use all of the appliances including the hot tub. The Barn is spotless and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Ideal for those with limited mobility with everything you needed in an open plan ground floor setting. My Dad uses a rollator and easily got around everywhere. Honestly cant say enough good things about this places. Lots of personal touches including a welcome pack and some delicious home made bread.
