Great property for a family break in a lovey part of the UK extremely clean, modern, comfortable and wellequipped. Bedrooms great and comfortable. Kitchen super wellequipped. A hot tub big hit with kids. And the dog loved the garden. Nice to have a log burner in the evening. And easy to get to Woodhall Spa Sainsburys 10 mins away, Lincoln 30 mins, farm parks, the coast 50 60 mins and many other family and dogfriendly attractions. Id call out how extremely clean and wellpresented this property is and also how friendly and helpful the hosts are. Our kids enjoyed playing with theirs and are demanding to go back to go in the hot tub and play with Benji the dog. Id strongly recommend this.

Buzzard Barn was ideal for us, the cottage was situated in a quiet spot with superb views of the countryside. The cottage itself was spotless on arrival, finished to a high standard and well equipped with a great hot tub. The Royal Oak was just over a 10 minute 0.7 mile walk from the cottage with good selection of draught beers and wine, would highly recommend you try a steak meal
