Inside you'll find an open-plan living area with a traditional woodburning stove set within the fireplace. The space combines a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and comfortable seating.

The barn sits up a private driveway in the heart of the village. You're surrounded by Cornish countryside with the South West Coast Path nearby. The beach is roughly ten minutes on foot.

Two bedrooms are upstairs: one king-size and one twin that converts to a super king-size on request. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space includes a Smart TV with FreeSat, WiFi and a washer/dryer. Outside there's an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio furniture and barbecue.

Fistral Beach in Newquay is 4.5 miles away (12 minutes). Newquay Zoo sits 4 miles away (10 minutes). The Eden Project is 14 miles (25 minutes). Perranporth Beach is 6 miles (15 minutes).

Apple Barn suits couples and families wanting a dog-friendly base near the beach. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
