Two bedrooms are upstairs: one king-size and one twin that converts to a super king-size on request. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The open-plan living space includes a Smart TV with FreeSat, WiFi and a washer/dryer. Outside there's an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio furniture and barbecue.

Fistral Beach in Newquay is 4.5 miles away (12 minutes). Newquay Zoo sits 4 miles away (10 minutes). The Eden Project is 14 miles (25 minutes). Perranporth Beach is 6 miles (15 minutes).
