The Hayloft At Warren House Reviews

Gillian
The Hayloft was very airy and cosy. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Set in countryside with plenty of wildlife. The cost is very competitive, and is very reasonable in comparison to hotel rooms without kitchens and a the other facilities. Eva was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay
Ive stayed in The Hayloft many times. Its my go to holiday accommodation when travelling to this area. The cottage is very cosy, well appointed and in a quiet, rural location. Bliss!
Couldn't get coffee machine to work maybe me!
The Hayloft continues to be my 'go to' accommodation when I'm in the area. I regularly stay, at least once a month and having stayed in other accommodation too, I like the cosiness of the Hayloft and attention to detail from the owners. The location is quiet, bed very comfortable and the amenities are modern, with tasteful decoration.
Owners were extremely friendly met Eva on first day when she was walking her dogs, had a friendly chat. Had a nice relaxing week, Place was well supplied with essentials, but because we were not sure what would be there we took a lot of our own. We did take a fan as we knew it was going to be hot that week. It was nice sitting outside in the morning with a cuppa watching the birds. Would definitely go back again
I regularly need to stay in the area and this is my favourite place to stay. Compact cottage with everything you need in a very peaceful and relaxing location. The cottage is immaculate, comfortable bed, easy parking and helpful owners. Looking forward to returning in June.
Fabulous cottage. Well laid out. Well eqiuipped. Excellent shower and bed. Helpful owners. Peaceful even the peacock in the trees didn't disturb me. Loved the fancyhuge velux in the bedroom, which opens in to a dormer style window.
Christine
We had wonderful peaceful week at the Hayloft. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival with a lovely welcome basket to make brew and settle in. It's location is perfect for touring Lincoln and the Wolds. Would definitely stay here again.
Philip

Cosy and done to a high standard
This cottage continues to be my 'go to' when I'm in the area. I need accommodation circa every month and always stay here. The cottage is well appointed, clean, comfortable and the area is peacefulrelaxing. There are some great pubs in the area for meals out, all within a 5 mile radius! Thank you for another great stay.
An exemplary property in an idyllic, tranquil setting. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and finished to a very high standard. Everything you could possibly need for a selfcatering holiday along with friendly, helpful owners. Tea, coffee, cakes and milk also provided. A perfect base to explore what Lincolnshire has to offer and just a short, trafficfree, scenic journey to the local shops. I would highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to return. Excellent. Thank you.
This is my 3rd or 4th time back at the cottage. I regularly need to stay in the area to see family and friends. This is the perfect cottage for a short break away for a person on their own or couple. Always a relaxing stay.
Extremely clean and well presented accommodation in a quiet location. Kitchen has all of the necessary equipment to cook simple meals. 4K TV was unexpected and the wifi was pretty quick. Quite a bit to see and do not too far away plenty to keep us occupied for the week. We'd definitely recommend The Hayloft.
Christopher
Good location in a quiet area, for visiting local attractions in Lincolnshire. Very happy with parking arrangements off road. The size of the accomodation was ample for 2 people.
Peaceful location and lovely barn conversion finished to a good specification with everything you need! Already booked my return stay!
Very lovely cottage. Never heard the people staying next door which was amazing. Very cosy and well equipped. It had everything we could have needed and more in the kitchen. We had a little trouble with the TV but you responded straight away to our text and Very kindly fixed the issue. Thankyou for having us
A very comfortable stay in a beautiful and unspoilt part of the country. Good location for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds countryside and coast. Easy drive to Lincoln e.g. Park and Ride on the north side of the city and local towns such as Horncastle and Louth. The cottage is extremely well equipped and is a really good barn conversion.
Christine
I had a lovely stay at the Hayloft, small but perfectly formed! This is a brand new barn conversion that has all the mod cons, tastefully decorated and a huge skylight picture window in the bedroom where you can watch the sky at night or watch the geese, ducks and chickens wander down from the pond to the field adjacent to the property in the day. My New Year stay was lovely the Host had thoughtfully left the twinkly lights up to make it even more special and also a lovely welcome gift of local produce delightful! The cottage is rural but well located for countryside peace, a short drive to Wragby for supplies, but only 20 mins from Lincoln and Louth. The bed is lovely and comfy and the bathroom has a lovely shower, kitchen was well equipped and the TV and WIFI worked well. The Host and her family were all lovely and welcoming, it was clear that they cared about me enjoying my stay. I will book again.
Sharon
Really nice holiday cottage in a nice location and very well equipped. There are walks from the doorstep on quiet country lanes. The only disappointment is we could not take advantage of the movies on Netflix as you need to have an account to access this.
