Swallows Barn is a converted stone barn in South Devon, set in the rural hamlet of Diptford near Totnes. The property features exposed beams, original stonework and a wood-burning stove in the main living area. Outside you'll find a private garden with countryside views.

The barn sits in peaceful farmland with rolling hills and meadows surrounding the property. You can see across open fields from the windows and garden. It's proper Devon countryside here.

Inside there are two bedrooms sleeping four guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed whilst the second offers twin singles. One bathroom serves both rooms. The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas under the original roof timbers.

Totnes is 5 miles away (12 minutes) with independent shops and riverside walks. Dartmoor National Park starts 8 miles north (18 minutes). The South Devon coast at Blackpool Sands is 10 miles (22 minutes). Dartington Hall and gardens are 3 miles (8 minutes).
