Little Barn Cottage is a 300-year-old stone-built barn conversion in Tregenna, a peaceful hamlet on Cornwall's Roseland Peninsula. Vaulted ceilings and original character blend with modern comfort. A wood burner warms the living space on cooler evenings.

The setting is pure countryside. Fields surround the hamlet. A public footpath starts around the corner and crosses sheep meadows with sea views down to Portloe harbour. The coast path is a 10-minute walk away.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Living spaces are bright and open. The downstairs has been refurbished recently. Beds are extremely comfortable according to returning guests.

Portloe village and harbour (1 mile, 5 minutes) has working fishing boats and The Ship Inn. St Mawes Castle (6 miles, 15 minutes) overlooks Carrick Roads. Caerhays Castle Gardens (4 miles, 10 minutes) features rare plants. The Lost Gardens of Heligan (9 miles, 20 minutes) offer woodland walks and Victorian gardens.
