We would highly recommend this property. Its peaceful, well located and is stylishly furnished and extremely comfortable. It provided a quiet, relaxing vibe, with multiple areas of the property providing different outlooks and rooms to enjoy. Beds are all comfortable, garden and driveway spacious, and access to Maldon and the wider area perfect. There are also local shorter walks too. This is an interesting and well designed barn conversion with an immediate and lasting wow factor.

Headland Barn is a fabulous property and it couldnt have been better for our family get together. The sumptuous furnishings provided a very comfortable stay and we loved the quality of the bed linen and towels. We had our dogs with us and they were well catered for with dog towels and blankets, dog beds and feeding bowls. It was especially appreciated that the garden was fenced off so that dogs could run around outside. In addition to that, we found some great dog walks within the vicinity. The owners very kindly left a freshly baked sourdough loaf, some butter and jam, plus milk in the fridge. Every little detail and all of the finishing touches made for a really comfortable and relaxed holiday. The house has 2 TV areas and plenty of family board games. Within walking distance we found a traditional English bakery where we bought some amazing cakes. The town has lots of interesting shops and cafes. A must is afternoon tea at Mrs Salisburys!! Without a doubt, well be back!

Fabulous house with everything you could want for a memorable stay. Lots of places to sit and chill in the house. Everyone thought the beds were incredibly comfortable! The children loved the space inside and out. Nice walk down into Maldon which is a very unspoilt and interesting town. Would recommend!

Ideally situated for Maldon barge trips, Promenade Park and local pub lunches. We all loved the Barn and going home was a wrench ! We would love to go back some day.

We had a lovely family get together at Headland Barn 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. The property is fabulous just as the photos show. Very luxurious spacious comfortable and well equipped. The garden is well kept and private 2 separate areas close to the to the property it is fenced great for our dogs although not quite high enough to stop our whippet escaping after spotting a fox

We absolutely loved our weekend at Headland Barn. The house and property are really lovely and very wellmaintained. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens & towels, impeccable bathrooms, a wonderful main sitting room with a beautiful and highbeamed ceiling plus there were other nice corners to curl up in. In addition, the eatin kitchen was beautiful and very wellequipped with everything you might look for. The house managerowner not sure was very nice, helpful and responsive while we were there. Headland Farm is an 1110.

The barn is lovely, well decorated and plenty of space. Only thing was the garden, it had a small fence around the perimeter where they are growing hedges. The fence had some holes in and one of the dogs managed to escape into a neighbouring car park twice. Would suggest a more secure boundary if advertised as dog friendly. Due to the size of the barn the WIFI did drop out in certain areas, including the top bedroom on the very far side of the barn. Great location and very peaceful. Just a 5 min drive away from everything. We enjoyed our stay!

A stunning home with all the space, comfort and equipment we needed for a wonderful week with our family and dog. Perfectly located with an easy walk into town with all the restaurants and bars and also a good variety and length of dog walks from the door. 7 of us spent a family weekend away in this beautiful house. It was extremely well equipped and very doggy friendly. Every room was beautifully presented and very clean. The kitchen had every utensil you could possibly need! The only issue we had was with the twin bedroom. My two adult children slept in it but the beds were on the small side and not very comfortable. It was also extremely hot in there the whole time. Overall, a fabulous break, and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Headland Barn. Everything had been thought of and we didnt want for anything. Its beautifully furnished and with a wonderfully sunny aspect, even in winter. Our 4 legged friends were well provided for with beds, bowls, snacks and even poo bags! We spent New Years Eve there and had a lovely time. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend it and would love to stay again.

A wonderful property, beautifully laid out with Christmas decorations including a very large tree. Set in nice surroundings away from the main road, making it quiet and secluded. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend it to anyone.
