Dovecote Reviews

Lainie
Nice location , and the staff at the campsite were lovely , very customer focused , the property was well equipped. It would be nice to have a little private outdoor space , as the weather was lovely and it would have been nice to sit outside with the dog .
Cottage was fine, bed lovely and comfortable. Did feel the shower room needed a little updating. The shower screen frame was going rusty . Welcome pack appreciated.

We truly had a wonderful holiday at Dovecote and look forward to returning one day when we have forgotten almost ten hours of driving home! !! The cottage was really well placed with glimpses of the sea between the trees, and could certainly sit and listen to the waves breaking on the shore below. Many local walks without using the car. Cottage was really comfortable and good facilities provided. Many thanks! Jo

Dovecote is a charming cottage, with a modern and comfortable interior. It has been thoughtfully arranged. Set in beautiful countryside with access to breathtaking walks and views, and close to working farms it was so lovely to see piglets and lambs nearby the area is tranquil day and night, Inside this cosy and open plan cottage we found everything we needed my children and I felt secure and at home, and really enjoyed our stay.
The cottage was perfect in almost every way! From all the things youd expect to the tray of little extras and the milk in the fridge! The location and walls were fabulous and given it was late September into October even the weather played ball for the most part!
