The barn sits in open countryside with views across fields to the Pennines. You're surrounded by farmland and walking trails. The setting is quiet and private.

The barn sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. Two king-size rooms and one twin room share two bathrooms. The open-plan living space has a wood-burning stove, vaulted ceiling and original stonework. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a separate dining area.

Penrith town centre is 4 miles away (10 minutes). Ullswater is 6 miles (15 minutes). Rheged Centre offers indoor activities 3 miles away (8 minutes). Lowther Castle and Gardens is 5 miles (12 minutes). The Lake District National Park boundary is just 15 minutes by car.
