Neil
Outstanding accommodation for a family visit. We stayed at the Oast for a week for a family wedding nearby and thoroughly recommend the Oast as a stunning place to stay, especially for a large family or with friends. The rooms are all spacious and well equipped, the flow of the house works really well with ample room to lounge about and to mix together, be it in the kitchen/diner, living rooms or outside on the patios. The grounds are fantastic, being vast, safe, private and well-equipped with equipment for the kids. Lots of well-thought out integrated stuff too such as sound systems and electrics. Overall, the Oast certainly has a 'wow' factor and is highly recommended.
Hansjoerg
Spacious house with a wonderful terrace. Ideal for family get togethers. The open kitchen with the dining place eases the communication within the group. Modern bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Location is perfect to visit lots of sites in the area.

A lovely family stay to celebrate a birthday. The house has the wow factor as soon as you walk in. The house flows really well from kitchen to lounge(s). All bedrooms are spacious & no one would be disappointed with their room. Fantastic garden with a great wooden climbing frame for children. We had drinks outside a couple of evenings. You wonâ??t be disappointed if you book this house. The owner is excellent at answering all questions & very helpful. We will be back

We had a lovely long weekend staying at Hawkridge Oast as a family for a milestone birthday celebration. The house was spacious and comfortable and we especially loved the 2 round bedrooms in the oast itself. The main lounge area and kitchen were also very spacious and worked well for our group of 9 adult residents and 3 day visitors. We loved the spacious grounds too with the tree swing proving a hit with all ages and the table tennis table a valuable addition - our dogs loved the large grassy areas for roaming in too. Overall, we had a great time and very much enjoyed our weekend here in this picturesque part of Kent.
Geraldine
